We had our attic insulation replaced and in the process the drain pipe was kicked loose and a leak happened in our attic. The attic company repaired it but some residual area was wet that they didn’t fix and it grew some mold. We had MVP out to help us assess the damage and they were very prompt, kind, and helpful with their suggestions. Fortunately at this point it looks like the mold is dormant and we will just need to replace the drywall and surrounding area. MVP gave us the contact information for the specialist to get the mold identified if we want to go that route, but with removal hopefully that step is unnecessary. Bottom line they were not trying to price gauge us and gave us lots of information in a prompt manner. Thanks MVP!!

I’m pregnant, and while driving with my fiancé we were shocked to have an MVP Restoration driver aggressively try to run us off the road. Not exactly the kind of stress an expecting mom should have to deal with. For a company serving our community, this type of reckless, dangerous behavior speaks volumes. If they can’t even value the safety of a pregnant woman and her family on the road, I can’t imagine trusting them in any other situation, let alone in my home.
